How to Search for a Transaction

Go to the Transaction section of the Merchant Dashboard and search using the Merchant Transaction ID, Transaction ID, or a specific date range. Using the Merchant Transaction ID or Transaction ID is recommended for accurate results. If the transaction cannot be found, provide the transaction amount, date/time, and reference information when submitting a Support Ticket.
