User Data Deletion Instructions

EPS (Easy Payment System), an initiative of Optimum Solution and Services Limited, respects your privacy and provides users with a way to request deletion of eligible personal information associated with our services and integrations.

Data received through Meta services

EPS may receive information when you interact with EPS through services provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. including Facebook, Messenger, WhatsApp Business Platform and Facebook lead forms.

Depending on your interaction, this information may include your name, phone number, email address, Meta-provided user or account identifiers, lead-form information, messages you send to EPS and related communication information.

This information may be processed through the EPS Lead Management system for customer communication, lead management, customer support and follow-up activities.

How to request deletion

If you would like to request deletion of eligible personal information associated with EPS's Meta integrations, please contact EPS using the contact information provided below.

In your request, please state that you are requesting “Meta/WhatsApp/Facebook Data Deletion” and provide sufficient information for EPS to identify the relevant records, such as:

• Your name
• The phone number or email address used when communicating with EPS
• The Meta service through which you contacted EPS, such as Facebook, Messenger or WhatsApp

Please do not send passwords, PINs, OTPs, payment card credentials or other authentication secrets as part of a deletion request.

EPS may need to verify your identity before processing a deletion request in order to protect customer information from unauthorized deletion.

What happens after a request

After receiving and verifying a valid deletion request, EPS will review the information associated with the request and delete or anonymize eligible personal information from the applicable EPS systems where appropriate.

Certain information may need to be retained where required or permitted by applicable law, regulatory requirements, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security requirements, financial record-keeping obligations or other legitimate legal purposes. Where information must be retained, EPS will handle it in accordance with applicable requirements and the EPS Privacy Policy.
