How to Track a Support Ticket

Go to the Support/Tickets section of the Merchant Dashboard to view your submitted Support Tickets. You can view the ticket number, subject, current status, and responses from the Support Team. For the same issue, please continue using the existing ticket instead of creating multiple tickets.
